Thanks to the design of the filter, the liquid in the system is forced to pass through the filter insert until it is caught by the magnet:
The water in the system is filtered. First of all, the sudden change in cross-section (the diameter of the filter chamber is much larger than the channel) slows down the movement of the liquid and, consequently, the resistance speed of the particles in it. The particles get inside the filter cartridge and directly filter out the heavier particles fall downward under the influence of gravity. The magnet placed in the cylinder at the upper end of the ball valve attracts all impurities with magnetic characteristics. In this way, all magnetic (iron residues) and non-magnetic (algae, silt, sand, etc.) impurities in the system are trapped in the filter chamber remains. The stainless steel in the basic model has 800 micron filtration. The built-in shut-off must be used during filter cleaning operations after switching off the PUMP, integrated into the device it functionally corresponds to 2 ball valves (FILTER IN and FILTER OUT). When the shut-off is closed, the dirt collection chamber is not blocked, a small amount of liquid continues to circulate in the by-pass in the diverter, so it is important to turn the PUMP OFF before maintenance operations.
